Lidl Sweden is now offering fruits and vegetables cultivated by music from the world-renowned Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra.

A new research report by RISE – Research Institutes of Sweden – shows that plants grow better to classical music. To explore the impact of music on fruits and vegetables – and to offer customers the very best – Lidl Sweden has installed sound systems covering more than 260,000 square feet (25,000 square meters) of farms around Sweden. The fruits and vegetables that grew up to classical music are now available to purchase in all Lidl stores around Sweden.
